*WI RLCA will pay a maximum of $15,000 to be shared equally among each delegate attending the State Convention for both days with a maximum of $100 to any delegate seated by the credentials committee by the start of the business section.  Delegates seated from the floor will receive a maximum payment of up to $50.  This is in addition to any reimbursements paid by your local unit.
