Save the Post Office Rally in Janesville
Watch for more rallies across the state!
From our brothers and sisters in the NALC:
I would like to invite you to the WSALC South West District, Save The Postal Service Rally on March 27, 2025 5pm at the Olde Towne Mall 20 S Main St Janesville, WI 53545.
Today, I am asking you to stand with and support your local post office and join us in the fight. It would be our honor to have you come speak and share what the Postal Service means to you, our local businesses and our community in southern Wisconsin.
NALC branches nationwide will host local rallies to say “Hell no!” to dismantle the Postal Service. Any effort to dismantle or privatize USPS is a threat to my job, the jobs of all 640,000 postal employees (73,000 of whom are veterans), the 51.5 million rural addresses who rely on our service, and our nation’s Constitution. USPS isn’t funded by taxpayer dollars, and for the sake of every American who depends on the Postal Service, it should remain a self-sufficient independent agency.
We deliver medications, checks, ballots, packages, and essential mail that Americans depend on. It is imperative that America’s mail is protected! Hands off the USPS! Our jobs, our service, and the entire Postal Service are on the line. We need everyone’s help in our fight like hell against these attacks. At a crucial time, we look forward to educating our customers about everything at stake if the Postal Service is privatized or restructured.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. Look forward to hearing from you.
