USPS Releases Updated Official COVID Decision Tree

The USPS has released an updated official COVID Decision Tree to the field.

In addition, the USPS is sending guidance amending the current COVID policy to conform to the CDC guidelines.

  1. Contact Tracing – USPS will discontinue the practice.
  2. Social Distancing – USPS will terminate the six-foot spacing requirement for training and other events/meetings.
  3. DSI MOU – USPS believes at this point given the return of employees to pre-COVID contact and interactions both on and off the job, we believe the time has arrived to end the MOU practice of preventing DSIs from being in the vehicle with employees.
